Our goal is to make Sunningdale One a desirable and welcoming place for residents by combining social engagement with structured security initiatives.

Safety & Security: Implement visible community-driven security measures, explore full-time security presence, with potential surveillance cameras to research and prevent future crime where possible by identifying offenders.

Community Collaboration: Encourage active participation through organized walks, social groups, and reliable communication channels.

Structured Governance: Establish SORA as a registered Residents Association and NPO to manage funds transparently and negotiate security solutions within available budgets.

Effective Communication: Launch a WhatsApp Community for streamlined, topic-based interaction—covering security, social activities, and neighborhood updates.

1. Roll out member sign-up via Google Form (one per household).

2. Add members to the WhatsApp Community.

3. Nominate and elect five council members.

4. Complete SORA registration with the Ward Council once 60% has been reached.

5. Submit NPO registration and open a bank account.

6. Begin voluntary contributions to build a working budget.

7. Research and present security options for community voting, starting with Bin Day concerns.
